Upgrade July 2018, all my notes have gone. I don't use iCloud. I urgently need my notes

With my last iOs update on my Ipad I lost all my notes! What to do?!

I am impressed with the quality of this free APP. It is much better than the notes that comes originally with Ipad, and better than others that you have to pay for it. I recommend to the developer invest more in it. Congratulations!

The app stoped working after the update

App stopped working since last update. No feedback from the app owner or solution. Real bad situation.

Need help! I have important information in this app and it just stopped working!!!!

App crashes once you try to open a file. Please fix that, and Ill give 5 stars

It also crashed for me, but I reinstalled it and it works again. But first of all I sent an email to the app support that proved to be a waste of time. Like many, it was simply ignored.

I used this app on a daily basis for probably one to two years. Unfortunately in the latest version it crashes all time and is not able to open the database. While I use it in an business environment, this is not acceptable. I have spent a couple of Euros during this time on this product and used it intensively. I hope you will fix this soon. If not I have to look for another product and migrate that data.

Not only did I buy a lifetime subscription along with the new update, it crashes constantly and I cannot access any of my very important notes! This needs to be rectified immediately!

My Notes crashed also, just delete app, reinstall, turn on sync within app. Do an iCloud backup, then in iCloud settings under iCloud Drive turn Notes off then back on, all will reappear.

Eventually after using this app for a long time, it began to continually crash when trying to access my folders. Unfortunately because I used it for so long, I accumulated many files with critical information, which is now not accessible. I decided to delete and restore it, so I backed up the app before I deleted it, hoping that the app could be restored and fixed back to functioning properly, but the same problem of crashing continues, and I can not access my info in the app.

I needed to access some important information on one of my notes today and the app crashes on opening, since your latest update. PLEASE fix this ASAP! This is terrible considering that the notes app is for storing information. Thank you. JG

This is a disaster! This previously good app now cannot be opened without crashing. I have many files in there with important info I can no longer access. VERY disappointed in Notes. PLEASE fix this ASAP.

What is going on with an update on this problem?

Every time I open it, it immediately shuts down after a few seconds. Does not stay open. Are you going to fix this problem? Liked the program when it worked.

Same with me. Since the upgrade, when I try to open a new list, the up crushes.

Blue App has stopped working, please "HELP" Stopped - just will not open files in the Folders. Please fix
